Our GAPPS3 Assessment for recruitment is unlike other psychometric tests that you may have used in the past. Such tools are most often used to determine the individual's 'personality' or 'traits' which you then use to determine if this is the type of person you are seeking to fill a position. Some enable you to compare the individual's behaviours or characteristics against those of the organization, or the team, or a few, the job.
This is great... but... they do not tell you what you really need to know after this. Can this person be developed?
